At time of registration, 50% of Class fees are due (unless otherwise noted above). The balance will be due 30 days prior to class. We will hold a class spot for (7) seven days if you are mailing a check. Your class spot may be forfeited if payment does not arrive by mail. If a class does not run, your class fee will be refunded in full by the same method in which you paid. If you need to cancel a class, there will be no refund or store credit. Though our class fees for Visiting Artists are always non-refundable, if you need to cancel out of a class AND we have a waiting list AND we are able to find a replacement for you, 80% of your class fee will be refunded. Thank you for understanding the nature of bringing in a guest artist. It is our pleasure to offer you these opportunities to develop your beadmaking skills and we appreciate your participation with us.
